Twice a year—March and September—we send out a hand-selected trio of bottles crafted from the wild, heirloom, and seedling fruit that defines Sylvan Farm.

This club is our way of sharing the rare, the experimental, and the deeply personal bottles we’re most excited about—often sparkling, sometimes still, always made with care and curiosity.

Each shipment includes:

3 bottles of cider from our hillside orchard and wild-foraged fruit groves.

A seasonal newsletter with stories behind each cider, tasting notes, food pairings, and recipes.

Access to limited releases, vertical tastings, and library bottles not available to the public.

15% off all Sylvan cider purchases, including pre-releases and add-ons.

These aren’t just bottles—they're a taste of what we’re drinking here in the forest, crafted by us, and presented with intention.
